Cretazine Tips

  • There is ample seating but we advise you come early to avoid disappointment.
  • All events commence at 21.30 sharp and end approximately 23.30. Please respect our musicians and fellow audience by switching off mobile phones and avoiding disturbance during performances. Parking is free in the village but please ensure you do not obstruct any entrances.
  • The programme presents something for everyone and will include established professionals as well as young talents from highly acclaimed European Music Academies. There will be the opportunity to meet all of our artists at the end of their performances.
  • Art attacks aim to take concert music off the pedastol of the concert hall and out to the public,to refresh and share the powerful inspiration with curious music and art lovers. They will happen throughout the week at surprise venues (bars, beaches, street corners, local villages and shops!).

Welcome to the 2nd Aegean Arts festival! An international festival that journeys into rural Crete to reveal the secrets and hidden treasures of this amazing island through music and art.

A festival that supports young talent and which also creates a  bridge that enables them to inspire and share their passion for music with youth living in the countryside. After the great success of last year we  will return to the beautiful mountain villages of Episkopi and Anopolis for this years events.

In Episkopi the exhibits of artwork and handicraft will be displayed at the gorgeous newly restored museum in the heart of the village, whilst the musical performances will take place at the magical garden Park of Panagiotakis.
