After their summer tour in Germany, Cyprus and the Balkans, Gadjo Dilo return in Crete to present the music style they themselves created, the so-called Manouche De Grec.
Gadjo Dilo combine the music traditions of gypsy jazz, inspired by the legendary guitarist of gypsyswing Django Reinhardt, with loved Greek songs mainly from the music scene of the 50's and 60's. Using these two musical cultures as a "basecamp", the group that experiments with the sounds of jazz comes the stage of Cine Studio, to present a program with a strong "Greek" component but with references to American jazz standards and French songs the interwar period.
On Friday, November 27 the magic of Manouche De Grec will take us to another era, making us dance and sing along.
