Electric sounds, atmospheric vocals and indie rock melodies, elements that characterize the music of The Pulse, a band that started in Crete and took off to conquer the music world. Friends of rock will have an opportunity to enjoy them performing live on Wednesday 17.08.2016 at 21.00 in the garden of the Historical Museum of Crete.
The Pulse is an English-speaking alternative rock band consisting of the musicians Vogiatzakis Nikos (guitar), Yannis Stavrakakis (vocals), Michalis Moschos (guitar), Aris Terzakis (bass) and Panagiotis Mavrakis (drums). Their original musical idiom utilizes elements from different musical cultures, from traditional folk to the British indie rock, from acoustic tunes to the most dynamic electric sounds. In their live shows they perform their original compositions as well as several covers of songs they love.
On Wednesday night, as it happens every Wednesday throughout the summer, the Historical Museum of Crete opens its doors and its garden and welcomes art as well as late-night visitors who have the opportunity to enjoy a night tour in the museum, visit the museum shop and see the dance video tribute in the amphitheater "Yiannis Pertselakis".
