Rebetiko Night @the Historical Museum

The Social Space of Kalokerinou Foundations and the Historical Museum of Crete co-organize a musical meeting with rebetiko tradition on the last Tuesday of August (29/8) at 20:30 in the garden of the Historical Museum. People are invited to attend a high quality musical event and to support the Social Space by bringing basic supplies and food for people in need. Yiannis Paximadakis (vocals, bouzouki), Yiannis Kritikos (violin, baglamas) and Spyros Kritikos (vocals, guitar) will perform authentic rebetiko songs under the starry night.

We urge the public to support the activities of the Social Space of Kalokerinou Foundations, and specifically the program "Food with Love" / Social Grocery with its presence and practical contribution, to help people and families facing poverty and exclusion. Apart from the symbolic entrance (€3 - funds will be entirely allocated to social structures) you can contribute by bringing packaged food and groceries.
