Right before Agia Pelagia, and even closer to Heraklion, it is preferred from the locals for a nearby swim. It is less touristic than Agia Pelagia but just as beautiful. The water is clear but there are plates inside the sea. It combines a swim with a coffee by the sea, plus it's a good choice when the north wind is blowing.
